Men’s Basketball: High school Class of 2025 forward Chandler Bing commits to Vanderbilt

The 6’6 forward averaged 19.3 points per game during his senior year of high school.

Vanderbilt Men’s Basketball has earned a commitment from Chandler Bing, a 6’6 forward from the high school Class of 2025. Bing announced his commitment on X on April 29.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Bing averaged 19.3 points per game during the 2024-25 season with Pace Academy. He added 6.2 rebounds and 2.3 rebounds per contest in 31 games.

He held offers from Georgia State and Texas State, among others. He was originally committed to the Bobcats but flipped his commitment to Vanderbilt.

Bing is head coach Mark Byington’s third commit from the Class of 2025, and he’ll join Jaylon Dean-Vines and Jayden Leverett on campus ahead of the start of the 2025-26 season.
